blend together all of the "unitol" ACD, the ethylene glycol n-butyl ether, and the perchlorethylene. with continuous agitation, add the solution of caustic potash and surfactant plus amine in water to the "unitol" ACD solution. continue agitation until the resulting product is clear. if clarity is incomplete in 30 min, add only enough "unitol" ACD to clarify.
