prepare xanthan gum (1% sol'n.) with the inclusion of a preservative. slowly add the "veegum" HS to water and stir until thoroughly hydrated. add the calcium carbonate, followed by the "miranol" J2M, the "barlox" 12, and the xanthan gum solution.
