dilute the liquid citric acid (50%) with equal volume of water. slowly add the ammonium hydroxide solution. the reaction should be done cautionusly and with agitation, as the neutralization reaction is exothermic. add the "neodol" 25-9 and "neodol" 25-7, remaining water, fragrance, and dye.
