配制方法:

charge water to resin kettle equipped with a baffled-tube, steamheated parrtial condenser agitate, start heat and low inert gas sparge (0.3 SCFH). add glycol in 50 lb aliquots, waiting for solution to clear between each addition. slowly add catalyst.
maintain overhead temperature at 100 C (212 F) with a high reaction temperature. periodically determine glycol content of distillate by refractive index and make up glycol loss. any glycol make-up should be added before the reaction is 75% compltete. after 80% of theoretical water is off, determine acid number (in N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone with alcoholic KOH) and softening point every half hour.
process to at least a 105 C (225 F) softening point and an acid number under 10. cool resin to 205-215 C (400-425 F) and discharge from reactor.
