配制方法:

prepare solution of sodium persulfate in 36 g water. prepare solution of sodium metabisulfite in 60 g water. prepart a preemulsion of 150 g water, surfactant blend, butyl acrylate, and methyl methacrylate. charge to a liter resin reactor 213 g water and "sipomer" WAM. purge reactor with nitrogen and heat to 60 C. when the reactor reaches 60 C, add 18 ml of the persulfate and 8 ml of metabisulfite solution, then add one peremulsion over 2.0-2.5 h period and the persulfate-metabisulfite solutions over 2.5-3.0 h while holding the reactor temperature between 60-65 C. total polymerization time is approximately 3.5 h. cool and filter.
