配制方法:

blend the components in a high speed mixer or drum mixer. homog- enize the mix in an extruder: temperature of screw-50-70 C (122-158 F); temperature of barrel-100-130 C (212-266 F); speed-52 rpm. pulverize and sieve.
curing data: "araldite" PT 810 is a heat curing epoxy which may be crosslinked with acidic polyester resins, polycarboxylic acid anhydrides, aromatic amines, and isocyanates.
curing schedules are dependent on the application. coatings can be cured in 15 min at 180 C (356 F) or 6 min at 200 C (392 F) with acidic polyesters. castings cured with anhydrides are typically gelled for 2-4 h at 120 C (248 F) and post cured for 8-15 h at 150 C (302 F).
