heat oil phase to 90-95 C and maintain temperature with agitation until uniform (≈ 15 min). add water phase, which has been preheated to 90-95 C, to oil phase with moderater agitation. maintain agitation for 15 min at 90 C; allow to cool with agitation. pour at or below 35 C.
