mix together ingredients for part A and part B in separate containers heat each phase to about 75 c and make sure that all the solid organics have melted. slowly add the water phase to the oil phase while mixing with a high shear propeller mixer. cool, with stirring, to about 42 C and add the perfume. the product should begin to set up at around 40 C and stirring should be continued with a low speed "cage" mixer until the formulation cools to room temperature.
