DL-panthenol/4.00

配制方法:

slowly add the "carbopol" to the water with good agitation.
when completely dispersed, neutralize with diisopropanolamine, then add the "amerchol." mix together the ingredients in part B, and when homogeneous, add slowly to part A with good agitation.
mix until uniform.
