weigh part A and gegin heating with constant stirring. use an agitator equipped with a stirrer designed to minimize foaming and potential air entrapment. bring the temperature of the blend to 70-75 C. in another container, add part B and heat up to 70-75 C. when part A and part B are both at 70-75 C, add part B to part A with continuous stirring. cool the batch with continuous stirring to minimize air entrapment. cool to 40-45 C. add part C. mix and cool to 30 C. pack.
