"peptein" 2000/2.0
propylene glycol/2.0

配制方法:

charge water into mixing vessel and add propylene glycol, glycerin, and "peptein" 2000. with smooth agitation, warm water to 70-75 C and slowly blend in "cycloton" CT-100. once system is completely uniform, cool with moderate agittion to 35-40 C and add perfume, dye, and preservative. slowly blend in SD alcohol 40 to adjust final consistency.
APPLICATION: apply moisturizer/activator to hair via hair pump spray apparatus. completely dampen hair with moisturizer. let dry naturally.
