配制方法:

prepare part B by dispersing the "carbopol" 934 resin in the water and then adding the triethanolamine and "ethomeen" C/25.
heat parts A and B to 75 C and add part A to part B with vigorous agitation. mix to uniformity and beging to cool. add the perfume at 50 C and cool to 30 C.
