disolve sodium stearate in "witconol" APM surfactant, propylene glycol, and water at 80-85 C; stir until clear. cool with stirring to 77 C and add perfume. package at 73 C. this general formulation can form the basis for a series of toiletry products such as analgesics, blushers, deodorants, solid lotions, and solid fragrances. appropriate oil-soluble dyes can be added if blusher formulation is desired.
