disperse the "carbopol" in the "procetyl" 10. dissolve the "uvinul" MS 40 and the perfume in the alcohol. dissolve the "seques- trene" and the mono-isopropanolamide in the water. add the ethanol to the "procetyl" 10 dispersion. add the aqueous solution. the product forms a clear gel.
