配制方法:

blend hydroxyethyl cellulose into water into water with good agitation while heating to 50 C. when the hydroxyethyl cellulose has hydrated to form a clear solution add remaining ingredients and continue heating and stirring until homogeneous. cool and add fragrance. at "as is" pH of 5.5 viscosity is approximately 3000 cps.
