配制方法:

dissolve "carbopol" 940 in water. add remaining ingredients in part A. heat part A and part B to 75 C. add part B to jpart A on eppenbach homomixer. follow with the addition of triethanolamine. cool to 45 C with continued mixing, then add part E. mix until homogeneous.
