"neobee" M-20/1
"carbopol" 940 resin/2

配制方法:

mix the "carbopol" resin with the alcohol until fully dispersed, add the "neobee" M-20 and the "lipal" 25C. continue mixing and slowly add the amine. mix for 5 min and add the perfume and the water. mix until homogeneous.
