配制方法:

weigh the petrolatum, mineral oil, "myrj," lanolin, methyl paraben, and propyl paraben into a container, stir, and heat to 72 C. weigh the deionized water into a separate container; stir and add the "carbopol" resin, "oat pro" oat flour, and propylene glycol. heat the water phase ubgreduets to 72 C and add these to the oil phase ingredients. add the triethanolamine, continue mixing, cool to 40 C and add the sodium benzoate, perfume, and color. fill at 25-30 C.
