mineral oil (65/75 saybolt)/18.00
triethanolmine/0.30
with stirring adn then the "ethomeen" solution slowly with stirring.
heat oil phase to 70 C, add with stirring to water phase. stir and cool
methyl paraben/0.10
to 45 C, add perfume. stir to 30 C.
NOTES: for more lubricity, replace part of isopropyl palmitate with
"amerlate" P. for firmer consistency, add cetyl alcohol to oil phase.
