weigh water in part B. heat to 80 C. disperse "carbopol" with homomixing agitation. weigh and combine part A. heat to 80 C. mix well until uniform. weigh and combine part C. add to part B and maintain 80 C. mix with mocerate propeller agitation. replace water loss. add part A to combined parts B and C with moderate propeller agitation. maintain heat and agitation for 10-20 min then cool. switch to sweep agitation at 55-60 C. add part C ato bach at 50 C.
