配制方法:

heat part C to 72 C. sprinkle "carbopol" 941 resin into water and mix until gel forms. add part B and heat to 72 C. add to part C and stir while cooling to 42 C. add perfume, stir, package.
NOTE: only a perfume that has been previously tested for irritancy and skin sensitivity and found safe should be used for this product.
