triethanolamine/0.5

配制方法:

slowly add the "carbopol" 940 to the water using good agitation.
sitr until the "carbopol" 940 resin dissolves. add the glycerin, then the triethanolamine. heat this hel to a boil to expel air bubbles. boil for 10 min. cool to room temperature. add perfume and transfer to container while warm.
