combine and heat all ingredients of part A except the "emcol" E607S. when the temperature is at 75 C, and the "emcol" and mix in.
prepart part B by dissolving the glycerin in the water. begin heating part B and while stirring vigorousol, carefully add the titanium dioxide, talc, and colored pigments. when both parts are at 75 C, add part A to part B with rapid stirring. hold at 75 C until a smooth emulsion forms. continue stirring and cool to room temperature.
