mix water and acetic acid ina vat (i.e., steam-jacketed kettle), and add potassium acetate with agitation. add sther dry blended ingredients with continued agitation. bring temperature of solutionto 80-85 C (176-185 F) with agitation and hold for 10-15 min, while agitating to allow for complete solubility of ingredients. continue agitation while quickly cooling solution to 10-20 C (50-68 F).
