"Orlon"

配方组成:

Alizarin Fast Blue RB
Wool Fast Blue GL
Alizarin Cyanone Green GN Extra
For the most complete range of shades, "Orlon" is best dyed with
selected acid colors by the cuprous-ion method. After scouring the
material, 2.5 to 12.5% copper sulfate is added to the bath at 140'F.,
followed by two fifths as much neutralized with caustic soda to a pH of
5 to 6. The dissolved dye is added and the temperature raised slowly to
the boil in 15 to 20 minutes. Dyeing is continued for 1 hour at the
boil, with any subsequent necessary additions of dye being made after
cooling to 180'F., followed by 0.5 hour at the boil.
The dyed material is finally thoroughly rinsed. In this method also, the
use of elevated pressure and temperature, where possible, will result in
higher dye absorption.
