配制方法:

in the laboratory the sealant is prepared in a sigma blade mixer equipped with compression ram and a jacket for steam and cold water using the following steps: start: stam on to 120 C (250 F); add thixotrope.
2 min: add polybutene, antioxidant, and phenolic resin.
5 min: steam off; incrementally add fillers and pigment.
15 min: cold water on; add rubber; lower ram.
30 min: add copolymer incrementally.
35 min: add mineral spirits and cobalt drier incrementally.
50 min: mix.
55 min: dump.
