配制方法:

this formulation should be foamed to a density of 0.5-0.6 g/cc before applying to the fabric substrate. after flocking, the foamed adhesive is dried at a temperature of 240 F (116 C) and then cured at 300 F (149 C).
other additives such as opacifiers and optical brighteners may be added to the formulation if desirable. in addition, the use of a blocked melamine extends the pot life of the formulation.
