配制方法:

"croturez" B-115 is dissolved in the mineral spirits and the fatty acid blended in. the caustic solution is then added with agitation followed by water added at a fairly rapid rate. this emulsion remains stable several days. (adding water at a very slow rate forms a water in oil emulsion).
the above emulsion can be blended with a 40% natural rubber latex in different ratios which will produce different adhesive effects. ratios of 3/1 and 1/1 parts of rubber latex to "croturez" emulsion produce films tacky to touch. one part of rubber latex to three parts of "croturez" emulsion produce films, when dried, that are nontacky to touch but tacky to each other and suitable for self-sealing films.
