brookfield visc, 20 rpm-14.000 mPas or cP pH-7.0 carefully disperse the "carbopol" 934 resin in the water. after the foam has broken, carefully mix in the "triton" X-100. add the sodium hydroxide, mixing carefully to avoid foaming. note: the amount of "carbopol" 94 resin can be altered to vary consistency. merely maintain the 10% sodium hydroxide at a ratio of 4.2 lb jper lb of "carbopol" resin. the viscosity of this formulation is high enough to prevent running of the remover whin applied to the wall, yet not so viscous that the water and wetting agent jpenetration into the paper is retarded.
