add all ingredients, except "kelzan", to an appropriate grinding mill (e.g. attritor, ball mill, etc.). mill until the atrazine particles attain an average particle size of less than 5 μm. add the "kelzan" and mill for 15 min or until completaly dissolved. (predetermine the amount of triethanolamine required to bring a mixture of all ingredients to pH 7.0.)
