配制方法:

carefully disperse the "carbopol" resin and then add the sodium hydroxide. add the creosote in a sliw stream while vigorously agidtating the mix. stir to uniformity. the resultant emulsion is ready for use.
note: when applied to wood, such an emulsion wets the surface well and creosote penetration into the wood os excellent.
