potassium persulfate/0.050
sodium bisulfite (0.1% aq. sol'n)/0.025
acrylamide/50.000
sodium vinyl sulfonate/acrylamide

配制方法:

charge water, acrylamide, and SVS to the reactor, start nitrogen purge, and heat to 50 C. at 50 C, add the potassium persulfatej catalydt and allow to mix for a few min. charge small amount of the bisulfite aolution to initiate, and heat to 75-80 C. maintain the temperature at 75-80 C for approximately 2 h. during the heating period, add the remainder of the bisulfite solution one drop at a time.
