配制方法:

combine the oleic acid, "union carbide" L-45 (1000 cSt), carnauba wax #3, and one-half of themineral spirits in a container; heat with agitation to 90 C (194F) until wax melts and a clear solution results.
add morpholine with vigorous agitation to neutralize wax. add "ucar" silicone AFL-40 to remainder of mineral spirits and combine with above ingredients at 90 C (194 F). slurry the "kaopolite" 1152 into the water add the slurry to the hot solvent solution. remove heat, and mix until paste polish reaches 55 C (131 F). pour into containers.
cirections for use: for best results, wash car first. fold a clean, soft cloth into a convenient pad. apply polish using a circular motion. sllow to dry ro a haze. wipe with a clean, dry cloth using a circular. motion.
