配制方法:

prepare a wet granulation of ariseofulvin. mix the griseofulvin, lactose, and starch paste and pass through a 14-mesh sieve. dry the granules in a 60 C oven for 6 h. collect granules passing through a 20-mesh sieve. combine griseofulvin granules, "veegum" F, "emdex", and "avicel" PH 101 and mix for 15 min. add tdhe stearic acid and "cab-O-sil" to the mixture and blend for an additional 10 min.
