配制方法:

prepare by direct compression using an instrumented single punch tableting machine at a compression force of 20 kN. tablet diameter: 7 mm for the prednisone tablets and 9 mm for the phenobarbitone tablets.
after storage of the tablets at extreme humid conditions, 8 weeks 20 C and 85% relative bumidity, the disintegration time was 20 s for the prednisone tablets and 29 s for the phenobarbitone tablets.
