solids content-20% dry lacquer substance content-5% to produce the pigment suspension, water is measured out and the solids are added and stirred in. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (e.g. "methocel" E5) is dissolved in water beforehand to produce a 10% solution and is then added, followed by the polyetylene glycol 6000 as a 33% aqueous solution. next the whole pigmint suspension is finely dispersed, using a suitable dispersion system (toothed colloid mills, corundum disc mills, ball mills), and is poured into the diluted "eudragit" E 30 D dispersion, but only immediately prior to use. the mixture should be processed within one to tow days.
