brookfield visc. 20 rpm-3700 cP or mPas pH-11.5 disperse the "carbopol" resin in the water. add the sodium hydroxide solution. add the gluconic acid solution. stir until all the fluconic acid dissolves. note: this remover is easily and neatly brushed on and metal surface. depending on the thickness of rust, the solution should stand for 1-10 min before being rinsed off. for light films a minute is sufficient. eye and skin contact is to ve avoided due to high alkalinity. there are no fumes or skors. any residue on equipment or tools can be removed with water. only the rust is removed by the solution, the metal is left clean, bare, and unaffected. the solution is excellent for applications where and change in dimensions must be kept to a minimum.
