配制方法:

heat the mixture of water and caustic potash to 165-175 F. mix the "acintol", pine oil, "varsol" #1 and "dowanol" DPM, heat to 165-175 F and add slowly to the hot caustic solution (a laboratory preparation required 20 min for this addition). continue to heat at 165-175 F for 1-1 1/2 h to complete the saponification. the resultant product should be clear and stable.
