配制方法:

solids (wt.)-30% solids (vol.)-18.7% resin solids (wt.)-20% P/B ratio-1/2 visc.-50 cp method of application-spray wt./vol.-7.92 lb/gal (0.95 kg/l) coverage @ 1 mil-300 ft2/gal cure schedule-air or force dry note: this formulation has a sprayable pot life of 7 days once part A and B are mixed. the resulting film requires about 6 weeks of cure at room temperature to achieve maximum resistance properties.
time of cure can be shortened by the addition to part A of up to 1.25 cm3 (1.31 g) per 100 gal-0.002 wt.% based on solids-of debutyltin dilaurate. this addition will reduce the sprayable pot life to about 3 days.
