Mix the oleic acid, fatty acids, and isopropanol. Mix the amines and "Tergitol" and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add the water which will produce a clear liquid. This formula is based on a combining weight for coconut-oil fatty acids of 210. The proportion should be changed according to the combining weight of the particular fatty acid. All the triethanolamine may be replaced with an additional 6.3 parts of monoethanolamine to increase the detergent properties of the shampoo.
