配制方法:

combine the ingredients in part A and heat to 70-75 C.disperse the "carbopol" in water using good agitation and heat to 75-80 C. add TEA and mix. add the oil phase to the water phase using modrerate agitation. continue mixing and cool to 40 C. add the fragrance and package.
packaging: viscous lotion which can be dispensed form a plastic squeeze bottle.
