配制方法:

disperse the "veegum" in water and mix until smooth. heat dto 75-80 C. combine the ingredients in part A and heat to 70-75 C. add the remaining ingredients in part B and mix. add the oil phase to the water phase with mixing. cool to 40 C and package.
note; aunscreen cream is nongreasy and nontacky. "kemester" HMS sunscreen agent may be used at levels of 4-15% as a sunscreenin lotions, oils, and creams designed to protect the skin against the harmful effects of solar radiation.
