配制方法:

in a suitable vessel (able to contain the entire batch), weidgh water, disperse carbomer and heat to 80 C. in another vessil, weith and disperse the remaining components of part B and add to the batch.
weigh part A and heat to 80 C with agitation. when proper conditions are obtained in both parts, add part A to part B with agitation.
avoiding aeration, mix for 10 min. adjust pH to 6.5 with part C and start cooling. continue cooling with agitation to 28 C to 25 C and fill off.
