配制方法:

formula No. 24: warm water to 40 C and blend in SLES with rapid but smooth agitation. once water phase is uniform, blend in hydroxyethyl cellulose similarly. continue agitation until system becones clear. blend in "varonic" LI-63 and adjust pH to 7 with citric acid.
