配制方法:
add the calcium thioglycolate to the distilled water and mix. add the calcium hydroxide and strontium hydroxide while stirring slowly. pass through colloid mill at close setting. do not recirculate. if milled mixture is not sufficiently smooth or homogeneous, pass through the colloid mill a second time or s=even a third time. combine the cream base and perfume with the milled material. stir gently but thoroughly unbtil will mixed.
