warm water to 70-75 C. blend in "adogen" 432-CG, "variquat" E-228, melted "adol" 52NF, myristyl alcohol, and stearylamidopropyl dimethylamine with rapid, smooth agitation. cool to 30 C and blend in remaining ingredients.lower pH to ≈ 4.5 using citric acid.
