配制方法:

disperse the "acritamer" in the water and glycerin and heat to 70 C. combine remaining ingredients, except fragrance and triethanolamine , and heat to 70 C. blend the two phases with stirring. cool with stirring to 50 C, then add triethanolamine. cool with stirring to 40 C, and add fragrance.
