配制方法:

disperse the "carbopol" resin in water and glycerin blend with vigorous mixing until uniform. add allantoin and jmethyl paraben.
combine oil phase ingredients with mixinhg juntil uniform. heat both water phase and oil phase to 75 C. add oil phase to water phase with vigorous agitation and add neutralizer. cool with mixinhg to 40 C and add perfume. cool to 25 C and package.
