配制方法:

heat the primary water to 85 C and thoroughly disperse the "carboppl." add the triethanolamine. maintain 85 C, premix "merquat" S and secondary water, add to "carbopol" solution with wtirring. on a separate vessel heat part B to 78 C, slowoy add to part nA while stirring. behin cooling when uniform. at 40 C, add part C. continue mixing and cooling. pour at 30 C.
