oil phase:
mineral oil (65/75 saybolt)/3.00

配制方法:

combine ingredients in oil phase and heat to 75 C. disperse the "carbopol" resin in the deionized water with high-speed ahitation until uniform. add the dmethyl paraben and heat with stirring to 75 C.
add the oil phase with vigorous sterring then add the triethanolamine.
cool with continued stirring to 45 C and add "dowicil" 100 and pertfume. cool to 25 C and package.
